Physical fitness is the cornerstone of a healthy life - and building the right support team around you can help you stay on track to attain your health goals.​ Whether you are looking to lose or manage weight, there are so many ways I can help you. I love creating and inventing hybrid programs that build strength, endurance and flexibility.

Fitness trampoline classes are safe and fun! This is a great way to improve balance and build endurance. This class format will bring a fresh twist to cardio and HIT workouts.

I can bring the beauty of yoga to your pool and help you enhance any gathering or event. This format is great for clients who might not try a standard yoga class.
