Service Description

This is a classical Pilates small group session using: the Pilates Stick Method, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrel and small props. .Pilates principles and fundamentals are taught in every class. Get ready, strap in! Clients new to Pilates must schedule a FREE Pilates assessment and review of the fundamentals of Pilates before joining a class.
